When you request a quote, we collect the contact, company, shipment, lane, equipment, commodity, scheduling, and instruction details you provide. If you attach a file, we also collect that document and basic file information. Our systems may process limited technical information, such as an abbreviated or hashed network identifier, to protect the form from abuse.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and price freight, contact you about the requested shipment, maintain an internal quote record, improve our operations, prevent fraud or spam, and meet legal or business obligations. We do not sell personal information submitted through the quote form.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, secure data storage, email delivery, automated abuse prevention, and embedded mapping. When you load the Google satellite map or type in the origin and destination fields, Google Maps may receive your location query and technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google processes this information under the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Other providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.
Documents and sensitive information
Attach only documents needed to evaluate the shipment. Please do not upload payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, account passwords, or other unrelated sensitive information. Quote attachments are stored privately and are available only to authorized personnel through the internal quote inbox.
Retention and security
We retain quote information for as long as reasonably necessary for quoting, customer service, operations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
