At Leading Logistics, we all started as truck drivers and we understand what OTR means. We’ve been there, we’ve done it. That’s why we treat our drivers the way we wanted to be treated when we were behind the wheel.
Our drivers are known by name, not by number. We take the time to build a relationship and thank them for their hard work.
We pay top-competitive rates and have performance bonus in place.
